Marco Taralli, is an Italian contemporary classical music composer.
He was born in L’Aquila in 1967 and began his musical training at the Conservatory of Music “Alfredo Casella” in L’Aquila, graduating with the highest grade in piano studying with Mara Morelli.
He begins studying composition with Sergio Rendine, conducting with Gianluigi Gelmetti in Italy and with Erwin Lukacs in Budapest at Franz Liszt Academy.
Since then, Marco Taralli’s works, large as well as small ones, have been performed in many places, by many different musicians, on the piano, solo instruments such as saxophone, piccolo, flute, and others, synthesizers, percussions, chamber groups, choirs, singers, military bands, and symphony orchestras.
